The vision that fuels our work in the Sunday School division grows out of Jesus’ words in Mark 10:14, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these.” In the midst of a consuming ministry to adults, Jesus regularly ministered to children. We believe the future of the church depends on effective ministry to children today.
This department is here to assist with this critical task as each local church children’s ministries coordinates a unified ministry that reaches out to unchurched children and meets the spiritual needs of children from birth to age twelve.
